The establishment is very central and especially the facilities, gardens, and pool are beautiful; the room and bed are very comfortable, but there is no restaurant available on site.

Nothing good, but everything was terrible: we were given a room that smelled horribly damp, cleaners entered without notice while we were away and stole a chain left outside, and when we asked for help at night because the TV remote didn’t work, the very rude lady told us to leave the reception and didn’t send anyone.

The breakfast was great, but we wish the restaurant stayed open for dinner; the room had a mildewy smell, there are no air vents in the bathroom or room so moisture from the shower probably builds up, we opened windows and the air cleared, but the windows have no screens.

The hotel’s setting is beautiful, always clean and the staff are very courteous, and the spa offers a superb experience. I had to ask for my room to be ready at 14:00 and it was delayed, the hotel breakfasts are just average—though there aren’t many other dining options in the town—and I’m skeptical that Mineral de Pozos qualifies as a “pueblo mágico,” since the place has very little to offer tourists beyond the first six or seven hours of a visit.
