“Great/Convenient location but cleanliness, hygiene and level of organisation needs improving”
Superb location. Stones's throw from Metro Station and a Shopping Mall. Good selection of Coffee Shops a short walk away also. Level of Cleanliness has a lot to desired. When I arrived the receptionist checked me into a room that had its door open and was still waiting to be cleaned. When I returned to Reception to request a room change the following room I was allocated had a tray full of used room service plates stacked to the immediate side of my door. Not the most pleasant welcome for a guest. Only 1 towel was provided in the bathroom (no hand towel, no 2nd extra bath towel)
