“Still a great stay overall, but WiFi and cleanliness definitely need improvement.”
As always, a pleasant stay at Empyrean. The room, staff, and service are consistently great. Their restaurant food is also really good, especially the nasi goreng, which I absolutely loved. The overall food quality was excellent, and even when we ordered room service around 2 AM, the service was still fast and the food quality was great, which I really appreciated. The room, bed, and washroom were good overall, and the stay was comfortable as usual. The WiFi speed is still one of the biggest issues. No matter which room we get, it always feels too slow. I also still don’t like the fact that outside food isn’t allowed. Another thing is cleanliness. It’s still okay overall, but I feel like the cleanliness standard is slowly getting worse compared to before, so a bit more attention and management on that side would definitely help. I also still have some doubt about whether it’s really value for money anymore. The stay is still pleasant and the service is good, but considering the WiFi, cleanliness, and overall experience, I’m not as sure about the value as I used to be
