“Staff are helpful and very hardworking.”

The staff are the highlight of this place; without them I wouldn't have come. They always go the extra mile to help. I appreciate the spot because it sits right between the beach and the mall. The roads are awful, and the drive from the airport feels long and uncomfortable due to constant traffic jams.

The staff were courteous and helpful. I chose this hotel for its pool. When we arrived on Monday, we were told the pool would be available the next day because it was being cleaned. The following Tuesday, we were again told it was still under cleaning and would only open on Wednesday. After I spoke with the manager, the pool finally opened for us on Tuesday evening, so we couldn't enjoy it for long.

The hotel is spacious, welcoming, and family‑friendly. More staff are needed for cleaning duties, but the existing team did their best.

I appreciated how the staff promptly addressed any issues I had. The food didn't suit my taste; it was very limited, with no steak or lobster for an entire month. The pool was shut down for cleaning every few days until I raised the complaint.
