We were thrilled with our stay at Reset Lombok; the room was spotless, well‑maintained, and very pleasant, and the service was excellent throughout. Reception helped us a lot, even arranging and fine‑tuning our Lombok itinerary, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel’s location is another highlight: it sits in a quiet area yet is close enough to Kuta’s center that you can walk to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Overall, a highly recommendable place if you’re after a calm, clean, well‑located stay with attentive service. We would definitely return.

We only stayed one night at Reset Lombok, our last night on the island, but it was truly beautiful. The hotel feels like an oasis in Kuta; the moment you enter and see the pool view, it’s simply stunning. There are many cozy loungers, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxed, letting us unwind completely. The room was very comfortable, modern, and lovingly furnished; the bed was ultra‑comfortable and we missed nothing. The food is also highly recommendable. For us, it was the perfect conclusion to our Lombok holiday, and we would definitely have liked to stay longer and would recommend Reset Lombok without hesitation. Nothing to criticize.

Probably one of the best hotels on Lombok. Extremely comfortable and quiet, with no traffic or mosque noise. The garden and pool area were well maintained, offering plenty of sunbeds. The pool itself was clean and usually had one or two guests or none at all—perfect. The staff, from cleaning to breakfast to reception, were great, with Mimi and Min ready to help with anything. We stayed on arrival and returned for another visit, and we definitely recommend this hotel.
