The place is close to the city center and the staff were very enthusiastic, but the room had no windows, no ventilation, dampness and mold made it uncomfortable, so I upgraded.
The space was beautiful, earning a perfect 10.0/10.
The staff were cute and enthusiastic with guests, and the place is near the center. The odor was extremely foul from an unknown source and kept appearing, the room felt a bit cramped, and parking was a bit hard to back out of.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating when needed, and the location was great—near the market, the lake, many shops, cafés and restaurants. However, the first room we got had no window, mold on the bathroom door, and the cleaning had been neglected (hair in bundles on the floor and under the bed). The shower head leaked and the sink tap did too. The second room, which they gave us at no extra cost, had more features (kettle, fridge, window and TV). Still, in the morning the window was fogged, the room was very damp, and we encountered a family of cockroaches.
The room was infested with roaches, even crawling onto the bed.
