A perfect spot, highly recommended.
The spot was pretty good, close to the center, a market and restaurants not far (though you have to walk 10–15 minutes to Chai Songhkram Road). The apartment I got was on the other side of the road, an original, spacious, pleasant space. No window facing the street, which feels isolating—maybe for safety. I especially regretted that the bathroom didn’t smell good; the sewer odor rises from the sink (you should close the drain as soon as possible). Is there no trap? The shower’s drainage seemed clogged. It’s a family‑run place and it’s hard to communicate with the owners, who don’t speak English at all (but messaging works thanks to translation).
A designer room that was bright and beautiful, with a large space, a comfortable bed, good housekeeping, a clean bathroom, and overall after four days I could say I really enjoyed it. The location was a bit far from everything, but if you have a scooter it hardly feels that way.

Thoughtful touches, good coffee just around the corner, and scooter hire nearby; a few final touches are needed, but I’d stay again.
