The lobby’s view and the surrounding area were great, the pool and the breakfast by the pool were enjoyable, and the staff were helpful. However, the bathroom had a smell coming from the piping system that wasn’t fixed during our stay, which is surprising for a resort of this caliber. Our room offered no view, just plants covering a small building; the room itself was excellent, but this should be clearly described in the room description.

I was looking forward to this trip, but the customer service and assistance here were very poor, unhelpful, and it seemed they cared only about money rather than guest experience and satisfaction.

The place is amazing because behind the hotel there’s a Balinese village, which didn’t interfere with the stay and even made wandering the local streets interesting. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen is tasty; we tried every dish, and it was fantastic. The staff are responsive. I really liked it! No drawbacks.

The resort itself, the free shuttle to and from Ubud, and the quality of the spa were great, and the staff always responded quickly. The restaurant’s offerings weren’t always complete, and there was no fitness room.
