“Decent place to stay near Miramar beach, quiet neighborhood, bit barebones though.”
The owner was quite helpful, hooking us up with useful contacts and giving solid trip tips. I didn't mind much, but it was odd that there was no Wi‑Fi or mosquito repellents (there were plenty of mosquitoes in Goa). Also, air‑conditioning cost an extra 500 rs per night, though that didn't bother us much since we were out every day.
Cleanliness, privacy, and location were all good.
No breakfast was offered, and the hotel is far from public transport. The fan was covered in dust.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, great location. No complaints.
The area is convenient and the price is surprisingly good. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and everything we needed was available. The only issue was that someone kept biting us all night; we couldn't sleep, neither the adults nor the kids. They weren't mosquitoes, I think they were water bugs. Nothing major for India, but I would have liked to rest comfortably at night because I was driving all day tomorrow.
