“Magical.”
The owners were warm and genuinely caring; every detail of the lodge reflects that devotion, creating a calm, appreciative atmosphere amid a movie‑like setting of volcanoes, lakes, birds, and forests. The only hiccup was a short 5‑minute stretch of dirt road leading to the lodge.

Everything was spot on – the bed was comfy, the view was amazing, and the staff were friendly. I didn't find any issues at all. Definitely worth it.
