“Très bon hôtel surtout bien situé”

The location is great, right in the center where you can walk around the city; everything was fine.

“Decepcionante”
The only thing that was good was the bathroom, though the gel dispenser was broken and the bottle was perched on the taps. The furniture was old, the outlets (behind the pillow) and the wiring were in bad shape, there were cobwebs behind the TV, no minibar as advertised, the window handle was loose, there was no wardrobe—just a coat rack. It was clear we were given a room that hadn’t been renovated because it didn’t match the photos. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work until I sent a complaint. Reception only works until 15:00 on weekdays (if you check in after 14:00 you only have an hour to be attended), after 15:00 a machine does the check‑in but it only gives you one card and even though it says you can request a duplicate it won’t give you one. I think there are better options in Teruel for this price.
