Excellent location.

It’s a disaster, a mess with confusion and a mix‑up. Hard to call it an apartment, more like a hostel. Nothing at all, squeaky floor like a horror movie. Wrong information at check‑in: supposedly a key waits in a box, but the box is damaged. Every day feels like a survival battle. No basic equipment, no cups, no toilet paper, a leaking electric kettle. The wallpaper, walls, and electrical installation scream for help. It’s simply unsafe, just like the stairs. I don’t recommend it. Catastrophe. I do everything from equipment to lack of owner interest.

It’s a solid spot if you’re only after a bed to stay in. The location is great and there’s air‑conditioning too! The bathroom did its job. However, it overall lacks “mini kitchen facilities”; there isn’t even a microwave. The kitchen photo in the listing is very misleading—guests have no access to a kitchen that looks like that. It was just a table with cutlery, a broken kettle, and a fridge.

The spot was unbeatable—right in the heart of the old town and just a hop from Buza gate, where taxis are easy to catch. The price matched the value, and everything else was spot‑on, except I wish the bed had been a touch softer.
