“Décevant, mauvaise experience”
The tram to Venice (terminus T1) was only 40 minutes away. Unfortunately, our luggage was searched and all the souvenirs we’d bought in Venice—mask, keychain, and handbag—were taken. We only realized this when we arrived in Milan on the last day, after returning late to the hotel and leaving early the next morning without checking our belongings, thinking they were safe in a locked room. I recommend locking your suitcase if you leave the room. I sent several messages asking for the bill but received no reply; I requested it on site and was promised an email, which never came. It’s a shame; overall it was a bad experience.
