The staff were attentive, but the mattress was impossible to rest on because the springs had failed, and when we went downstairs for breakfast the dining room had free tables that were dirty, making it impossible to eat at the hotel.

The breakfast was generous and varied, the staff were very friendly, and the location was very convenient, but the rooms that face the street are a bit noisy.

The staff were very restrictive; you weren't allowed to do anything, had to hand over the keys when leaving, had to pay extra to check in early even though the rooms were ready, and at breakfast they gave tiny coffee saucers so guests couldn't take too much.
