Double-Bedroom in Salford Manchester Short Stays GCSW3

I stayed there and there was absolutely no hot water, a bad smell in the kitchen, and I was charged £15 for cleaning even though no one cleaned. There were no toilet rolls, the fridge was broken, the freezer worked only, the mattress was terrible and caused back pain, and the room was noisy from traffic.

I’ve checked out a lot of hotels and B&Bs, but none match this place; the location is perfect, all transport is easy to get, the atmosphere feels like home, the staff are 100% friendly and always ready to help, so I’d recommend it to anyone. The place is nice and clean, and the location is the best.

The location was good, but the telephone number listed on the website was almost unreachable; another guest gave me a reliable contact, yet that number wasn’t very responsive either.

Nothing. The fire alarm was beeping the entire stay when I enquired about it being fixed i was told it wouldn't be fixed till morning. The bed practically fell apart when my boyfriend sat on it. We didn't stay stay. We lifted our cases and walked the fuck back out. 8 times I tried to call then to sort it. When I didn't get an answer I got a cheeky "Hello?" Message back so clearly my calls were ignored on purpose. Worst place I've ever seen in my life. Nothing.
