I loved how close the hotel is to Plaza San Francisco, the breakfast was delicious, and the beds were super comfortable. It would be great if the staff let you know when you enter the rooms.

The breakfasts were weak, just boxed items, which we requested because we were leaving early for a trip.

My boyfriend and I went to see Arequipa and just relax, and from the welcome to the day we left, the front desk guy was very friendly. The cleaning, comfort, and breakfast were all better than we expected. We’ll definitely come back when we visit Arequipa again. 1000% recommended ^-^

The location was good. During our stay, there was only one staff member responsible for everything, and the service matched that. In the dining area, the food quality was low.
