A beautiful property set in a huge, well‑maintained garden with many plants. At night the silence is absolute. There’s a pool with umbrellas and loungers: exceptional. The rooms are spacious, well‑kept, clean, and have air conditioning with a private entrance. Breakfast was good and plentiful, both sweet and savory, and at request they brought us fresh orange juice. For car access there’s a remote with two gates, a main and an emergency one. Flavio and his wife, the owners, were very kind and helpful, giving great dinner suggestions in the area. The stay was a real pleasure.

Set in greenery with a nice pool, umbrellas, and loungers. It’s only a few minutes from the town center and the best beaches. Flavio and his wife are great people, very helpful and friendly.

“Sehr schön und Ruhig”

The grounds and accommodation were very well maintained and spacious. We were walking with our dog and the entire area was fully fenced. Breakfast was very good and had everything you need. The owners, Flavio and Miriam, were very nice and we had a pleasant chat; it was a huge advantage that Miriam spoke German well. The pool was usable in April. Nearby is a restaurant that’s easy to reach on foot. We would go back anytime; it was a very nice stay.

The B&B is perfectly positioned for exploring Southeast Sicily, with a quiet, secluded setting that feels like a peaceful retreat. It’s just 10 minutes from Marzamemi, 30 minutes from Noto, and less than an hour to the region’s best beaches, though a car is required. The property itself is stunning, charming, and impeccably maintained. Our room was spacious and spotless. The hearty, varied breakfast and the pool with a view were definite highlights. The owners are lovely and very welcoming, so I recommend it without hesitation. The only drawback was that the daily cleaning staff moved our personal items—brushes, etc.—which felt a bit intrusive; otherwise everything else was perfect.
