The location is great, but I ran into a sink issue that never got resolved.

Everything was perfect: the room was lovely, the terrace above the roofs offered a stunning view, breakfast was tasty, and everyone from the manager to the housekeeping and breakfast staff was warm and attentive. My daughter and I would recommend it to anyone; we’ll definitely return for our next vacation. Lots of love, Bella and Daniels from Graz.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. It would be even better if the bar stayed open later in the evening.

The room was huge and surprisingly quiet even though it’s close to the train station, and the breakfast was very good.

I landed in the city center and the staff quickly swapped my room after I asked, so I ended up in a different one. The rooftop breakfast was nice, but the entrance to the hotel looked pretty run‑down and the surrounding area was untidy, with no signs telling you where to eat nearby. At first there was a drawn‑out argument about a room that had already been used, and until someone else arrived I felt like we weren’t believed, although the response was swift once the issue was resolved.
