The best thing about my visit was the location and the friendly treatment from the staff. I stayed for four days at first, then came back for another five days. I’ll definitely book again next time. The rooms are huge.
It was convenient to be near 5th Avenue, but there were several cockroaches and the facilities were poorly maintained.

I appreciated the cleanliness, the vibe, the room size, and the close proximity to Centro/downtown – everything was within walking distance. However, the front desk staff took a while to appear when we arrived, and we had to wait outside for an hour; fortunately another guest let us in, so we could wait in the lobby. Once the staff were there, they were friendly and helpful.
