Place truly obscene. We arrived in the room and on four beds one was broken, one already made but dirty, and one had a mattress without a cover and without a pillow, all dirty. We were forced to use a backpack as a pillow. Not even in a campsite. Then the rooms smelled. I understand it is a cheap hostel, but here they exceeded the limit. I strongly recommend against it.

Absolutely disappointing experience – avoid if you can. My experience at this hostel was terrible from the very first night. The fire alarm went off (fortunately, it turned out to be a false alarm), and there was absolutely no staff on site to assist guests. We had to wait outside for an entire hour for the firefighters to come and turn off the alarm. Being left completely alone in this situation, in the middle of the night, is simply unacceptable. The hostel is also extremely noisy. Around 7 am, a man supposedly doing the cleaning was talking loudly on the phone and shouting, making it impossible to enjoy a peaceful morning. The lack of consideration for guests is shocking. The staff were far from welcoming, which only made the overall experience worse. As for the kitchen, the condition is absolutely appalling. There are tiny flies in the cupboards, and the fridge is disgusting. The level of cleanliness is nowhere near what you should expect from accommodation where people are supposed to prepare and store their food. Between the lack of staff during an emergency, the noise, the unfriendly service and the unacceptable hygiene standards, I would not recommend this hostel. Basic safety, cleanliness and respect for guests should be the bare minimum, not a luxury.*Save your money and look elsewhere

I asked for a refund because I was denied entry by ABF and they didn't even reply to my email or answer the phone; I couldn't stay and had to go home.
