The location is good and the area is fairly quiet even though people walk by the street. There was a water leak in the lobby near the stairs, with several buckets of water. Luckily I didn’t slip. That’s the downside of my experience.

It’s close to Plaza Mayor and parking is convenient. At check‑in there was no receptionist waiting; we had to call twice and waited half an hour. We asked if we could get half pillows and were told it was possible, but when we arrived the pillows were as hard as stone and they said they didn’t have a pillow menu. They gave us a single‑bed pillow that was just old foam, and if a supermarket is nearby I’ll buy better ones. In three days we saw no receptionist. The floor was covered in very dirty hair, visible under the beds. There were only two sockets in the room, and one was used by the air‑conditioner, so you have to unplug it to charge. The room was uncomfortable without a small bench for the luggage, and the first floor was noisy from the street. I’m sorry, but we didn’t like it at all.
