Nestled in Rome’s Via Veneto, Nice Rome Holiday offers air‑conditioned rooms with flat‑screen TVs, desks, and private baths, plus free WiFi. A short 1.9 km walk brings guests to Piazza Barberini, while Villa Borghese, Quirinal Hill, Spanish Steps, and Santa Maria Maggiore lie within 2–2.4 km. The Ciampino airport is 14 km away, with a paid shuttle.

The spot is great—quiet residential area, close to buses, metro, Termini station, and the Borghese gardens, plus a bunch of restaurants on Rue Flavia. After long walks it’s a real treat. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place isn’t really a hotel; it’s a bit hard to find. It’s a first‑floor room in a fancy building with no equipment. Towels are changed every three days, and there’s no tea, coffee, or kettle. You can ask for a room change if needed.

The location was awesome, right near the station and not too far from a tourist route. The room wasn’t that large for three people, and I personally hate carpet because it tends to hold more dust than regular flooring.

Nice spot! The bed was comfortable and the Wi‑Fi worked well.

Very well‑located, you can walk almost everywhere. We booked the room and received an email the day before arrival saying there would be no towels or soaps—this wasn’t mentioned anywhere else. We spoke with the host, who confirmed it. At the last minute they switched our room and gave us towels and everything. The TV didn’t work properly, hot water took a long time, and the room was very dark.
