Everything! The hotel is beautiful, full of personality. We liked it a lot and it’s so well located; the beds are comfortable, the staff friendly, it’s clean… 10/10. No shortcomings at all!

The location is ideal for seeing the old part of Georgetown. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help and solve any question. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The décor fits the area perfectly.

Nice location within walking distance of the center. The pool was great for a quick cool down. The hotel and the room exuded a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel staff were especially friendly and thought of solutions. Clean and not dusty. After showering, the bathroom floor got wet; a separate cabin or wall might be useful.

Location is convenient. Room size is decent. Toiletries were sufficient,. It was falsely advertised that there is a bathtub in the room. When asked about this with the staff, she just shrugged it off. There was no response from the staff when I tried to contact them before the trip about leaving luggage at the hotel before check-in time. There were three different contact numbers provided: one listed , one listed on Google, and one listed on their website. The room was full of mosquitoes. The room smelled of sewage coming from the pipes from the toilet. The room design is not functional with the wall separating the toilet from the bed being a tainted glass wall. When the toilet light is switched on, the light shone towards the bed, disturbing whoever is sleeping on it. Air con took 1.5 days to cool the room down and it was noisy. There was a blackout on our last night there and their service recovery was non-existent. They also had no idea when electricity would resume. It came back on about 1.5 hrs later
