“Неприятно преживяване, което ни разочарова!”
The host greeted us politely and that covers the positives we had at the riad! The pool is charming, but it belongs to the complex, not the riad itself. Dirty and poorly maintained! The bathroom sink is constantly clogged. Empty personal care packaging sits on a dusty, dirty shelf. In one room the mattresses are unbearably firm, as if they’re not there. In the other, the bedding is unwashed and stained. The sleeping linens lack any wash scent. Towels and sheets are hung on the rail and clearly drying there! We stayed two nights and didn’t get breakfast, even though we were promised it would be prepared and left the night before due to our early departure. The toilet is on the first floor and literally in a crawlspace. I’m ashamed to show how it looks, but I will. There is a roof terrace with access, but it can’t be used because the table and chairs are buried in dirt. It’s a shame that our two‑night adventure in Morocco started this way! The price we paid is the highest of all our 11 nights and definitely does not match the offered quality! I’ve never left such a review before, but I can’t downplay the situation and I don’t want other disappointed guests.
