Everything was excellent! The accommodation is a perfect choice for a Roman trip, centrally located with many sights within a few minutes’ walk. Cleanliness was extraordinary; we had our room cleaned daily and received fresh towels. The receptionists were very helpful and kind. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit.

The room and its equipment were new and well maintained. The Wi‑Fi was poor, there was no cellular signal, no mirrors, and not all items were nice.

I love how close everything was—every attraction was just a stroll away. The suite itself was huge, spotless, and had every amenity we could imagine. The only downside was the tiny lift, but that’s typical in Europe, and we’re glad we still had one.

The location was perfect! But it was terribly noisy and the neighboring rooms made it hard to get a decent sleep.

I liked the room; it was spacious, clean, and well situated. However, the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear the business activity on the floors above. The front‑desk staff were rude and dismissive. I told them the TV wasn’t working, and they checked it, confirmed it was broken, and apologized. Later, when I tried to point out the issue at checkout, the employee told me I was wrong and that the TV worked, and when I offered to show him, he said “you’re leaving anyway.” That was completely inappropriate.
