Well located, a short walk from the buzz of the centre yet not too far, with cafés, restaurants and groceries nearby. The décor is all wood. Everyone I met was very friendly and there were two free‑play billiards tables. When the poorly fixed sink detached from the wall on the second morning and broke on the floor, the staff didn’t blame us, swapped my room immediately, and checked in repeatedly to make sure I wasn’t hurt. Nothing else.

The owners are great and can’t say enough about how helpful they are. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the cold beers are a bonus. I’ll definitely return.
