“Good amenities, great location, lovely staff, just hope there’s not a wedding on rooms 230-255!”
The location was excellent, the valet parking team was very helpful and the restaurant staff were accommodating. The place was spotless and the free coffee stations were a nice touch. The shower could have been warmer and the water pressure better. Our room sat directly above the wedding party area, which was ridiculously loud until 2200 – not ideal if you need an early night. We complained and received a complimentary restaurant voucher, which was good, but we would have preferred to be warned about the noise beforehand and given the option to change rooms before settling in, especially since there were two weddings during our 3‑night stay. Those rooms might be better suited for wedding guests rather than paying guests who might be jet‑lagged and want a good sleep.
