The location was convenient, but the staff, the crowds, the security, and the paid parking were all disappointing.

The place was awful—nothing worked. The room never got cleaned, there was no hot water, and maintenance was non‑existent. Towels and the bed were filthy, the door wouldn’t lock properly, and there was no tissue paper.
