Breakfast - tasty and delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and constantly kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. The orders placed at the station came out fast as well. The area is excellently staffed and neat. Room - We took the ITC one room and we absolutely loved the upgrade to the available space. Early check in - We had landed in Hyderabad after a really long international flight and were extremely tired. We had requested an early check in and the front desk was extremely empathetic to our case and helped us with an early check in. I would call out Priya in the front desk who helped us ( Thank you). Support staff - Every staff around us would greet us with a warm smile. In all all my experiences made me feel that the management did everything possible to make our stay as seamless as possible and accommodated our requests. Cannot think of any

Breakfast was solid, but they won’t let you check in early or out early unless they’re free.

The location was great and the hotel staff were helpful, but I asked on Sunday for interconnected rooms for my family and didn’t get them until two reminders, which was inconvenient, especially when my son got sick after arriving in Hyderabad. The shower area wasn’t clean, had a stain on the wall, tiles were slippery, the TV sets looked like they were from the 1990s, and there were only two remotes.
