I'm still fuming about my recent stay at this hotel. They managed to mess up the booking big time, and I was stuck with a teeny-tiny room that barely had enough space for a single bed. To make matters worse, they still charged me the full amount, and when I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

The old room at this hotel was a real gem. It had a certain charm that you just don't find in newer places. The creaky floorboards and faded wallpaper added to its character, and the antique furniture was a nice touch. However, the lack of modern amenities and the outdated decor were a bit of a letdown, especially considering the relatively high price tag. Still, if you're looking for a unique experience, this place is definitely worth considering.

I had a great time at this hotel, the staff were super friendly and really went out of their way to help me with everything I needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for getting around the city. My only gripe was the online payment system, which was a bit of a hassle to use - it kept asking me to re-enter my card details, and I had to call the hotel to get it sorted out. Still, the good definitely outweighed the bad, and I'd definitely stay here again.
