It was close to all the food places we wanted to try, but the carpet was shredding, there were strings everywhere, and the amenity fee was a hassle—we weren’t offered the items that are supposed to come with that fee.

When I asked the front desk for suggestions, a girl named Rae lit up and listed four out of five things to do in 24 hours. I had to cut her short halfway through because her enthusiasm was contagious and made me excited too, something I’ve wanted to write about. She recommended a lunch spot that I took my dad to for Father’s Day, and it was perfect—he’ll talk about it forever. I hope this review reaches her, because she made my day and surely does for others.

“We had a fantastic time.”

I loved the staff—everyone was friendly and informative. The Peacock Room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff excellent. The maid service could have been better: we requested service and the young lady arrived late and did a half‑effort job, forgetting to give us toilet paper.

“Bonne emplacement, petit-déjeuner en dessous de nos attentes et disparition d’un objet personnel.”

Le petit déjeuner est en dessous de mes attentes. Peu de choix, les pommes de terre de petit déjeuner très salées. L’emplacement très bien. Une tasse achetée au musée de la Deuxième Guerre mondiale a disparu, malgré notre réclamation aucune solution n’a été proposée ni trouvée. La veille de notre départ nos objets personnels ont été déplacés, ce qui n’a pas à avoir lieu.

“Ótimo hotel”

Hotel maravilhoso, o bar é incrível, café da manhã tem escolha de a la carte e café de graça. Academia, pessoal muito bacana. Gostei bastante
