The location and setting were great. The cleanliness left something to be desired: the housekeeper hadn't finished the room, leaving a clothing tag on the shelf, and there were hairs in the shower drain.

The shared areas were nicely furnished and clean. The double room was completely different from the booking photos: it was dirty, had no windows, the bathroom had mold, the bedding looked unwashed, and the floor had a fair amount of stray hair. As a bonus, we found an unidentified item in the bed that could have been either old leather or dried meat. Breakfast was a struggle, most staff seemed sick, and they didn't even greet us.

Only the location was acceptable. The place wasn't clean – no AC, the fans were dust‑filled, the room smelled like a reek, the bathroom smelled like sewage, every part of the room was dirty, and the bed sheets were unclean.

The receptionists on the afternoon shift are friendly, but everyone should learn a bit of English. The rooms are very damp, have too much air freshener in the bathroom, and show mold stains on the walls. They’re poorly insulated, so you can hear everything from outside, and there’s a motor that runs whenever someone turns on a tap or waters the plants outside.

The rooms could be better insulated; everything inside can be heard from outside. We suggest using less air freshener in both the bedroom and bathroom, as the air feels too perfumed.
