The hotel, room, and staff are top quality. However, the minibar is missing in a 4‑star hotel. The menu for guests with breakfast is too monotonous if you book for a week. Also the breakfast was boring—every morning the same sausage.

We arrived as a small family and were greeted with great hospitality, and the stay was fantastic. The manager went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and that the baby had everything it needed. Truly amazing. Thanks for the service and we’ll definitely return.

A truly romantic mountain hotel. The dinner menu was lovely and offered more than the usual greasy Austrian fare. The room was large with a balcony, and it was nice to have an elevator up there. Breakfast was okay, but there was no gluten‑free bread and the bread that was available was dry. The view from the hotel’s restaurant is beautiful, but it’s located far up a steep road, which can be a bit of a headache to drive up.
