Worst experience. We booked rooms at FabHotel Arsh near Palava City in Dombivali because our children had an Olympiad exam nearby. The listing said breakfast was included and meals were available on site, which mattered because the location is extremely remote. After booking, the summary showed no meals included. I called the hotel to confirm and was told that breakfast, lunch, and dinner would still be available for an extra charge, so we didn’t cancel. On arrival, the staff denied having any kitchen at all. Families with 4‑year‑old children were left in a remote area with no food, tea, or basic refreshments. The property was surrounded by garbage, poorly maintained, and the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Even though the hotel was empty, they demanded ₹800 extra for early check‑in. For about ₹3500 per room without meals or basic service, this was a complete waste of money. If the hotel had been honest earlier, we would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. A very stressful experience, especially for families traveling with young children. ⭐

I'd definitely recommend this place, especially if you're looking for a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is super helpful and cooperative, which made a big difference during my stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, which is always a plus. However, the breakfast options are pretty limited, so you might want to look elsewhere for a more varied meal.

The hotel's location is pretty central, but the noise from the street can be a real issue, especially if you're a light sleeper. On the plus side, the staff is super friendly and willing to lend a hand with anything you need – they even helped me out with some last-minute laundry when I was in a bind. The rooms themselves are a bit on the small side, but they're clean and well-maintained, which is a big plus.

I was really impressed with the hotel's modern design, especially the room layout which felt spacious and well-planned. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, which is always a big plus for me. Overall, I had a great experience here and would definitely consider staying again. The hotel's attention to detail really paid off in terms of making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
