We were very pleased with the owner's kind and attentive service. The place is quiet and cozy, and it’s very close to the towns of Conil and Roche. The apartment is well maintained and clean.

The apartment looks new, everything is very clean with accessories and all the essentials for a good stay. It’s on a terrace shared with other tenants, and honestly, having your own table outside is a luxury. It’s about 12 minutes from the beach at Los Bateles, which is another plus. The second day, the owner called to check if we had arrived, if everything was fine, and to let us know to inform him of anything.
