The bathtub was huge. The TV had no decent music; every YouTube track I tried was replaced with something else, sounding like a tiny speaker in a big drum with the base off. The shower water took forever to heat up.

We swapped four rooms, and each one had a large cockroach; we left immediately and couldn’t get a refund. The staff said “why didn’t we tell them at the start?” I can’t control when cockroaches appear. Nobody wants them, but the hotel’s handling was terrible. The smoke smell was intense and the water supply was very small.
