Friendly and professional staff, but the room leaked water, there was no electricity for the whole stay, the geyser had no hot water, and we couldn’t use the toilet because there was no water at all.

The room matched the pictures in cleanliness and aesthetic appeal, and the staff were friendly and accommodating; during our stay, a power and water outage meant we couldn't shower or charge phones until the reception guy set up a generator—he did his best to keep us set, but Pula Nala should consider a larger backup generator for future incidents, otherwise it wasn’t that bad.
