The air conditioning wasn't working properly when I arrived, which was a major bummer on a hot day. Despite this, the staff were friendly and tried to help me out. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the lack of aircon made it hard to relax.

The room was a decent size, which was a plus, but unfortunately, it came with a few unwanted roommates - cockroaches and other insects. I was expecting a cleaner space, especially at this price point. The bigger room was a nice touch, but it wasn't enough to make up for the other issues.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, which was a big plus, and the water park was a great bonus for families. The whole place felt really relaxing and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. It was a great choice for a family vacation.

I was really impressed with how clean and tidy the place was, and the host was super helpful in answering all my questions. The only thing I could say is that there's nothing I didn't like about my stay - everything was perfect.

The hotel's unique design was a highlight, but unfortunately, it was let down by some pretty basic amenities. The U-shaped layout was actually kind of cool, but the Y in the hotel's name seemed to be a misnomer - it didn't quite live up to the hype.
