Everyone there was very helpful. A special shout‑out to Ms. Marina, who was kind and went above and beyond. The breakfast was excellent (Arabic). Nothing was wrong.

The rooms were clean, and we had a very good cleaner named Mustafa. The hotel feels old‑fashioned and in need of renovation; the reception toilets were dirty, the breakfast wasn’t tasty, the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all, and all the room furniture was old and broken (we could only open the wardrobe doors with effort). We traveled as a family of three, parents with a 3‑year‑old child, and were given a room with two single beds. When we asked the reception if we could add another bed, they said it would cost an extra 10 $ per night. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We won’t stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I love how close it is to the Corniche and the friendly treatment from everyone, especially the reception staff, who are all genuinely helpful. However, this is the third time I booked a 50 m² room and ended up in a 28 m² one, claiming the smaller rooms were available for booking, a point I’ve raised before without success, and there’s no better alternative in this area or nearby.
