It’s quiet, harmonious, and charmingly old‑school. Too many emails were sent during the booking process—about five confirmation emails and the like.

The management service was very good; they were always eager to help. The bed turned out to be surprisingly comfortable. The house is simply too noisy, you hear every sound. The hallway WC isn’t great. The kitchen is large but can’t be locked, and it’s missing supplies such as bowls. There’s no dedicated table and chair for eating—only one in the hallway. The furnishings are very old and the whole house smells musty.

The location in Nebel is central, yet you only hear the ocean’s hush. The kitchen is well equipped. Three parties are involved in the rental, and they don’t talk to each other often, so the arrival procedures can be complicated.
