The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms stayed clean, but the jacuzzi water was dirty and we had to pay extra for drying it because apparently we had polluted it after one day. One of the rooms on the upper floor had no air‑conditioning, so it was hot and stuffy for an entire week and they couldn’t fix it.

Madison surpassed my expectations; I couldn’t enjoy everything but the pool, grill, sauna, jacuzzi, all in one go, with clean and pleasant surroundings. The many Rudy cats accompanied us, and I highly recommend it to everyone. The price was perfect for the place; thank you for a wonderful time.

The garden and courtyard were very beautiful, complete with a sauna and jacuzzi that we used. The area is quiet, on a silent street. The building is large, with nice rooms that comfortably fit many people. The accommodation was flexible; on request the beds were disassembled and set up as we needed. The equipment was fine, we could prepare a modest breakfast in the morning, with pots, utensils and plates available. There was a small dog on the property, which we didn’t know about beforehand, but it was cute. It was freezing at night, the heating didn’t work, and in the morning there was no hot water (there was hot water in the evening, which was fine) when showering. We didn’t receive advance notice that we had to go to another town to collect the keys and pay, so it was unpleasant to have to turn back and reschedule. At the key and room handover we arranged over the phone with a colleague when we wanted to leave, but they still had to wait for us and arrived later than agreed, so we couldn’t depart on time.

Everything was great; we used the time we spent there 100%. There’s nothing to complain about – the heating was perfect.
