I rented for my parents and my brother and it was a real shame; when they arrived there was a girl at reception who gave them the keys, charged them, and left (she said it was because of the heat). They found a painter who told them the hotel was occupied by squatters who were working there and taking over the hotel. The heat in the rooms was unbearable, two fans didn’t even work, my 80‑year‑old father had a heat stroke and my mother went down to reception, but since there was no one there they couldn’t call an ambulance; finally a man on the street helped her. The cleaning is nonexistent. A very bad experience. I hope this serves to keep people from renting a room here. The same negative paragraph repeats.

Cleanliness, very comfortable mattresses, a fridge in the room, and a good location. Poor soundproofing and no air conditioning.
The spot is great, but there’s no bike storage, so you have to carry them up to your room.
