We stayed for one night while traveling; the standard room with balcony was fine for that one night, breakfast was okay, we couldn't comment on dinner because we ate nearby, the parking behind the hotel was great and easy to find, and there was also an e‑car charging station; we won't return.

A beautiful hotel with a large pool, friendly staff, and excellent taxi service to Zadar and the airport.

The overall impression was disappointing because the whole neighborhood looks run-down and unkempt, and the hotel itself and its grounds are not very welcoming; the staff were not very friendly or accommodating, and the location is poor, being far from the city center and the beach.
