The apartment sits 1,5 km from the beach and walking to the old town takes about 35/40 minutes; there are shops nearby and it has air‑conditioning. Someone came several times during the week to clean. However, there are no shutters or blackout curtains, and a streetlamp sits right in front of the room, making it hard to sleep. I didn’t like the mattress and ended up with back pain.

I enjoyed my stay; the room was cleaned every day and towels were changed. I’m happy with the service! The only downside is the lack of mosquito nets.

This is my second time staying here, and the impressions are just as positive as the first visit in 2024. The room is clean, pleasant, and has all the necessary comforts. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is right next to the South Beach. I recommend it for a relaxed and peaceful break.

Just a 30‑minute walk from Old Nessebar, these rooms are quiet, comfortable, and spotless. The owners were kind and let me check in early. Two excellent nearby restaurants, The Yard and Ferretti, add to the great value for money.
