Holiday Guesthouse

I found the kitchen empty of utensils, cups, or cutlery for breakfast—essentially bare. The bathroom was dirty and uncleaned. The only thing I liked was the location. The place was ugly and the Wi‑Fi signal didn’t reach my room, so we couldn’t use it for two days. There was no front desk; the building lets you go straight up to your room with no staff to ask anything, and the price didn’t match what was offered.

The bus and tram stop almost right outside the door. However, the room was very noisy; when the toilet upstairs was flushed, the sound rattled through the ceiling. The kitchen was very sparse, barely matching the description that was advertised.

The staff were very attentive whenever something went wrong, and the price for a private room was very good. But for that price you should expect only the bare minimum—don’t plan on cooking. There was no kettle, and no quilt. I would stay again if I had known this beforehand.

The guys were helpful, offered us a better room, and the bedding was included in the price. It was reasonably clean, and there were two fans in the room.

There wasn’t anything I liked about this room or apartment. The kitchen lacked cooking equipment severely— it took me over an hour to cook a simple pasta meal that usually takes me 20 minutes.
