The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the constant noise from the street made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff were super helpful and accommodating, especially when I checked in late, and they even offered to store my luggage for the day. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was comfy, which was a plus.

The hotel's location is a major plus, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are also super friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference when you're traveling. However, the washroom area is a bit of a letdown - it's tiny and feels cramped, which is a shame because the rest of the room is clean and well-maintained.

The hotel's unique aroma was definitely a memorable part of my stay - a bit too overpowering for my taste, but I've smelled worse. However, the real issue was the unwelcome visitors I had in my room. Rats were scurrying around the side of my bed and even under my legs, which was a major concern for me. Despite the strong smell, the staff were friendly and helpful, but the rodent problem really put a damper on my experience.

I have to admit, the worst part of my stay was the noise from the street outside. The hotel's location in the heart of the city is great, but it's not exactly the most peaceful place to sleep. The room was small but spotless, which was a bit of a surprise considering the price. The staff were helpful and friendly, but it wasn't enough to make up for the lack of sleep I got.
