Location was central. Access to the internet was excellent. Staff responded to our request to repair a bathroom light. A bit awkward having to pick up the key from a separate place however this was manageable and the distance between the two not far

The place was in a good spot, but it was noisy, the shower was basic and broken, the street was loud, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The location, daily cleaning, and value for money were great, but the TV didn’t work.

The spot was fine, and by luck I got the only room in the building with a balcony, which was amazing; the front‑desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The building is old, and inside the room there’s nothing offered beyond a clean towel.

The bed was comfy, but there was no Wi‑Fi, it was noisy, and I had to walk 300 m to the reception while using my canes.
