The room was clean and beautiful, the owner very friendly and helpful, and the check‑in/out process was smooth. The only downside was that the neighbors weren’t quiet, so it was a bit noisy at times.

The room was modern and very clean, but it’s not close to the center and the air‑conditioner didn’t work.

The host was great, very kind and helpful. The room had a private bathroom and balcony, and there was some food for breakfast in the morning. The hospitality was excellent. The location isn’t super convenient and the bed is single.

The host was friendly and available, the room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was fairly comfortable. The air‑conditioner would turn on, but it actually didn’t work: it would set itself to 16 °C automatically without cooling the room, and other units connected to the same motor would also shut down. The manager couldn’t help me. Sleeping in Bologna on a hot June evening was difficult.

The room was large, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom well equipped. In the room there was a smell of burnt cigarettes, no fresh air, a dirty shower tray, basic hygiene items were not replenished, breakfast was very sparse, so I usually ate outside. In the morning, planes would fly by if the window was open. There was no working air‑conditioning. The area around the house was a swamp.
