“Pleasant stay overall”
The room was spacious and cozy, and the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of tasty options. The restaurant featured an impressive wine list at reasonable prices, though the food itself was just okay. Free parking added a nice bonus. However, the pool was often overcrowded by kids—though the hotel claimed they would be there from 12:00 to 15:00—so the staff should have ensured at least one lane remained open for other swimmers. We couldn’t enjoy the pool, and we saw other guests facing the same issue. The thermal water tap in our bathroom was broken, and the thermal fee could only be paid in cash, which raises questions about where the money actually goes, especially since we rarely carry cash in 2026.
