The room matched the photos and was clean, with all listed amenities present. The staff responded quickly to our requests and the breakfast was good. However, the rooms are barely sound‑proof, the breakfast was repetitive every day, and the activities offered by the owner were lacking.

Breakfast was excellent, the location was quite good, and the staff were very friendly and always ready to help.

The spot is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk into the city. The Moroccan décor of the riad is lovely, and the common areas, both inside and on the rooftop terrace, are welcoming. My friend and I felt safe around the riad. The nearby Kosybar is a great place for good food, a glass of wine or beer. Everyone in Marrakech was very friendly and helpful. On the downside, the mattresses are quite firm and there is no window facing outside. The little fountain on the toilet doubles as a sink.

The hospitality covered every shortfall the riad might have had; we stayed with our baby, while other family members stayed elsewhere and paid more for a better‑located place, ending up less satisfied because it was worse in every other way. The riad has everything you need for a few days, and they make traveling with babies a breeze. The beds are comfortable, the riad is very quiet, breakfast is full‑fledged and basic but very complete (pastries, various crepes, bread, mandarins, jams, butter, yogurt, bottled orange juice, coffee with milk, hard eggs, dates, raisins, and traditional tea… great to start the day). The room was very clean – I’ve stayed in Airbnb places in Spain that were even dirtier and more expensive. The only downside is the area around the riad; it’s not the best at night, but it’s well connected, about a 10‑minute walk to the main tourist spots. If you want to visit the Fna market and the surrounding area, it’s well‑located. Mustapha – the guy who’s there 24 hrs – doesn’t speak Spanish or English, only Arabic and Berber, but he tries to understand you using Google Translate and is available all day. He’s a wonderful person, so good he woke up at 5 am to warm milk for our child… and he helped us with everything we needed, which was a lot. We hired a taxi from the airport to the riad and back, and it was worth it because they dropped us at the door and picked us up again. If we came back to Marrakech, we’d stay here again. The water pressure was weak, so showers were a bit weak, and the surroundings of the riad, especially at night (and generally in Marrakech at night), weren’t to our liking.
